Step 2: Design & Discovery
This is where your story starts taking shape.
Through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings where possible, we'll guide you through every detail of the design process. We often work via email as it allows us to keep all ideas, inspiration and important details together in one place, making the process smooth and transparent for everyone involved.
From precious metals and gemstones to design styles, sentimental elements and practical considerations, we'll help you explore all available options and make confident decisions along the way.
Our role is not simply to create jewellery—it's to listen, advise and help transform your ideas into something meaningful and lasting.
Step 3: Design Approval
When the design is ready, we'll present your final concept for approval.
Where possible, you'll receive detailed visual designs so you can clearly see how your finished piece will look before production begins. We want you to feel completely confident and excited before moving forward.
Once you're happy with the design, a 60% deposit secures your project and allows us to begin crafting your bespoke piece.
Step 4: Handcrafted in Our Workshop
Now the real magic begins.
Your jewellery will be handcrafted by Rory, our expert goldsmith, using traditional goldsmithing techniques and carefully selected materials.
Every detail is created with precision, care and attention, ensuring your piece not only looks beautiful on the day it is received but remains a treasured heirloom for generations to come.
Most bespoke commissions take approximately 6–8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.
Step 5: The Reveal
The moment everything comes together.
Once your piece is complete and the final balance has been settled, we'll invite you to collect your finished jewellery.
Seeing a design move from an idea, a memory or a treasured heirloom into a beautifully crafted piece is one of our favourite parts of the process. It's a privilege we never take for granted.
